Responsibilities
- Drive organizational effectiveness and align human capital strategies with business goals
- Manage and implement HR policies and oversee employee benefits administration
- Provide guidance on human resources management and maintain HR systems
- Partner with leadership to foster a positive workplace environment and support organizational structure
- Ensure compliance with local Egyptian labor laws
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner
- Strong hands-on experience in Organizational Development (OD)
- Expertise in performance management, talent management, and organizational structure
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Deep knowledge of Egyptian labor laws
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR)
- Advanced problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills
