HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Drive organizational effectiveness and align human capital strategies with business goals
• Manage and implement HR policies and oversee employee benefits administration
• Provide guidance on human resources management and maintain HR systems
• Partner with leadership to foster a positive workplace environment and support organizational structure
• Ensure compliance with local Egyptian labor laws

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner
• Strong hands-on experience in Organizational Development (OD)
• Expertise in performance management, talent management, and organizational structure
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Deep knowledge of Egyptian labor laws

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR)
• Advanced problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills
