Responsibilities
- Partner with business units to align HR practices with organizational goals
- Develop and review organizational structures and job descriptions to improve efficiency
- Design and implement employee engagement, loyalty, and motivation programs
- Support training and development initiatives and identify organizational needs
- Contribute to the development of performance management systems and incentive programs
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare analytical reports to support decision-making
- Provide guidance to managers and employees regarding HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company regulations, and HR best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources or a similar role
- Proven experience in organizational structure development and performance management
- Experience in employee engagement and training and development programs
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
- Professional HR certifications are preferred
