About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead annual and quarterly performance cycles, including goal setting, calibrations, reviews, and feedback.
- Support compensation planning through market benchmarking, increments, promotions, and retention offers.
- Manage employee relations, including disciplinary processes and culture-building interventions.
- Conceptualize and execute engagement agendas such as pulse surveys and action planning to track eNPS.
- Prepare and monitor annual HR budgets for Emerging Markets, covering headcount, compensation, and benefits.
- Drive HR digital transformation by implementing and scaling integrated HRIS, performance, and rewards platforms.
- Standardize HR processes across 35+ countries to ensure global efficiency and compliance.
Requirements
- Graduate degree with an MBA from a Tier 1 College.
- 5+ years of professional experience in consulting or a Rewards Center of Excellence (COE).
- Ability to travel as required by business needs.
