HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Consult, advise, and coach client groups on people management, staffing, employee relations, and organizational needs.
• Provide guidance on legal implications, policy interpretation, and risk mitigation regarding terminations, investigations, and disability management.
• Support the full-cycle recruitment process, including strategy, interviewing, and candidate relations.
• Assist managers with annual performance management, development processes, and effective documentation.
• Manage relationships and budgets with temporary staffing service providers.
• Maintain pay equity and evaluate jobs against internal and external benchmarks.
• Collaborate with the Health, Safety, and Environment team to maintain high employee safety awareness.
• Review and recommend modifications to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• University Degree and/or completion of a Human Resources Management Certificate or Diploma program.
• 10-12 years of progressive HR generalist experience.
• Mandatory experience working within a manufacturing environment; pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), HRIS, and time and attendance tracking systems.
• Strong consulting, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence decisions at all levels of an organization.
• High level of professional maturity, integrity, and ability to handle sensitive situations with diplomacy.
