HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to regional leadership in Colombia and Peru, aligning local people plans with HQ strategy
• Design and execute business people plans grounded in data to drive performance and scale
• Partner with leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent interventions
• Manage HR operations including employee lifecycle administration, benefits, and payroll inputs
• Lead end-to-end local recruitment and cultural onboarding for specialized profiles
• Ensure compliance with Colombian and Peruvian labor laws and occupational health regulations
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and formal investigations
• Coach and upskill leaders to improve organizational capability and reduce HR dependency

Requirements

• Proven experience in strategic HR partnering and coaching senior leaders
• Professional working proficiency in English (B2–C1)
• Experience managing full-spectrum employee relations and complex separations under LATAM labor law
• Demonstrated ability to build data-driven people plans aligned with commercial outcomes
• Experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee experience
• Strong commercial acumen and data literacy
• Ability to influence and challenge senior leadership constructively
