About the role
Responsibilities
- Negotiate and maintain effective working relationships with employees and leaders
- Execute processes across all Human Resources subsystems
- Continuously improve HR processes and procedures
- Support performance management, including 1:1 preparation, evaluation cycles, and feedback execution
- Manage endomarketing actions and employee engagement initiatives
- Assist employees with inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, vacation, and other HR/DP matters
- Act as the primary support for operational leaders
- Identify risks and propose effective solutions to improve team dynamics and results
- Support internal and external audits
Requirements
- Proven experience in the Human Resources field
- University degree in Administration or related fields
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
- Deep knowledge of CLT and CCT regulations
- Experience working in startups or fast-growing technology companies
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in English or Spanish
- Experience in creating HR policies and procedures
- Experience negotiating with internal clients and third parties
