HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and maintain effective working relationships with employees and leaders
• Execute processes across all Human Resources subsystems
• Continuously improve HR processes and procedures
• Support performance management, including 1:1 preparation, evaluation cycles, and feedback execution
• Manage endomarketing actions and employee engagement initiatives
• Assist employees with inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, vacation, and other HR/DP matters
• Act as the primary support for operational leaders
• Identify risks and propose effective solutions to improve team dynamics and results
• Support internal and external audits

Requirements

• Proven experience in the Human Resources field
• University degree in Administration or related fields
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
• Deep knowledge of CLT and CCT regulations
• Experience working in startups or fast-growing technology companies

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in English or Spanish
• Experience in creating HR policies and procedures
• Experience negotiating with internal clients and third parties
