About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as a central partner for operational teams, aligning human, organizational, and business objectives.
  • Advise managers on team structuring, workforce management, talent development, and organizational transitions.
  • Maintain a strong field presence to understand operational realities and support teams across various shifts.
  • Manage daily HR issues including absenteeism, performance, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Oversee workforce planning and coordinate temporary staff in collaboration with partner agencies.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to define hiring needs, conduct interviews, and select key profiles.
  • Identify internal talent and support professional development and succession planning.
  • Track and analyze HR KPIs such as turnover, staffing levels, and operational performance to propose corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with internal rules and labor laws in collaboration with the HR Manager.
  • Contribute to cross-functional HR projects related to employee engagement, inclusion, and process optimization.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist within an industrial, logistics, or highly operational environment.
  • Proficiency in HR reporting tools and the ability to track and analyze key performance indicators.
  • Solid understanding of labor law, disciplinary matters, and social law.
  • Fluency in French is required.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, assertiveness, and a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset.
