HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR expert to support leadership teams and ensure operational excellence in all HR topics
• Implement HR policies, processes, and programs across multiple locations
• Lead or co-lead HR projects within your assigned business area
• Support leadership development by providing coaching and training to help managers unlock team potential
• Drive career development, talent management, and succession planning to align top talent with critical tasks
• Advise the leadership team on effective change management approaches to accelerate business transformation
• Partner closely with leadership and Talent Acquisition to ensure effective recruitment processes

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Law, or a comparable field
• Extensive professional experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within an industrial environment
• Deep knowledge of German labor law, works council (Betriebsverfassungsrecht), and collective bargaining law
• Proven experience working collaboratively with works councils
• Strong advisory, empathy, and decision-making skills
• Methodological knowledge in conflict management and change management is an advantage
• Fluency in both German and English
