HR Business Partner Senior

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals and workforce needs
• Provide guidance on day-to-day HR matters, including policy interpretation and solution development
• Manage staffing strategies, hiring, onboarding, and performance management processes
• Lead workplace investigations and manage complex employee relations issues
• Support collective bargaining, union-related matters, and grievance processes
• Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to drive continuous process improvements
• Manage compensation, classification processes, and maintain accurate employee records

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of professional experience in human resources
• 2+ years of experience in a senior-level HRBP role partnering with managers on organizational planning and workforce development
• Demonstrated experience conducting workplace investigations and managing complex employee relations
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance, compensation, and classification practices
• Proficiency in using HR systems, metrics, and reporting tools
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship
