HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to translate corporate strategy into actionable HR initiatives
• Drive organizational design and change management to support business scalability
• Lead strategic workforce planning, including talent architecture and succession planning
• Steer performance culture and guide management on complex employee relations
• Architect internal talent management frameworks to enhance retention
• Advise leadership on total rewards, compensation, and benefits strategies
• Synthesize headcount modeling and financial forecasting to optimize personnel budgets
• Leverage HR data analytics to provide data-driven recommendations to leadership

Requirements

• BA or Master’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in Tech or Engineering environments
• Strong knowledge of Dutch Labour Law and social security legislation
• Professional fluency in both Dutch and English (written and verbal)
• Strong coaching and advisory skills with a process-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a hybrid capacity (minimum 3 days in the office in The Hague)
