Responsibilities

  • Own employee experience and workplace culture, including engagement, wellbeing, and recognition programs
  • Design and manage career development and performance systems, including leveling and review cycles
  • Serve as a trusted partner for employee relations and provide guidance on interpersonal matters and policy
  • Manage and evolve benefits and perks programs such as healthcare, 401(k), and PTO
  • Build and maintain core HR operations, including onboarding and compliance
  • Coordinate with external counsel on immigration and sponsorship matters

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a closely related function
  • Experience within a startup or high-growth technology environment
  • High degree of judgment and discretion with sensitive information
  • Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and implement scalable solutions
  • Familiarity with performance management frameworks and leveling systems
  • Clear, empathetic communication skills
