Responsibilities
- Align HR initiatives with business goals for Big Data, Engineering, and Commercialization teams
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior technical roles and ensure seamless onboarding
- Implement data-driven performance management and drive a global, multicultural culture
- Use AI tools to automate HR workflows including reporting, screening, and employee queries
- Manage Singapore labor law compliance, payroll oversight, and local employee relations
Requirements
- 5-8 years in HRBP roles, ideally within Big Tech or high-growth AI startups
- Proven track record scaling technical teams in the Singapore market
- Ability to leverage data for headcount planning, retention, and performance metrics
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Employment Act, EP/COMPASS framework, and MOM regulations
- Native-level fluency in English and Mandarin
