HR Business Partner & Payroll Specialist

Responsibilities

• Act as a local HR contact to support managers and teams on a daily basis
• Participate in the full recruitment lifecycle, including defining needs, interviewing, and onboarding
• Monitor employee career paths, including performance management, evolution, and disciplinary matters
• Advise managers on team management and ensure compliance with HR rules and procedures
• Contribute to payroll processing in collaboration with the Payroll Manager
• Manage administrative personnel tasks such as contracts, absences, and working hours
• Ensure data reliability and strict adherence to payroll deadlines
• Respond to employee inquiries and participate in continuous process improvement projects

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or an equivalent field
• 8 years of experience in a similar HR generalist role with payroll practice
• Strong knowledge of Luxembourg labor law
• Proficiency in Excel and HRIS (SIRH) tools
• Fluency in French and a good level of English
• Strong interpersonal skills, sense of service, and discretion
• High level of rigor, reliability, and organizational skills
