HR Business Partner - Operations

Responsibilities

• Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements to reduce legal risks and ensure statutory compliance
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management, including coaching and career development
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, morale, and retention
• Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning
• Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs

Requirements

• Post-Graduation / Masters in Business Administration (MBA) or Personnel Management
• Minimum of 8-10 years of HR Generalist experience
• Working knowledge of compensation practices and organizational diagnosis
• Experience in employee and union relations
• Strong understanding of labour laws
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
