About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with functional leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned to business goals
- Provide coaching and consultation to managers on organizational effectiveness and leadership development
- Drive performance management processes including goal setting, reviews, and calibration
- Identify and develop high-potential talent and succession plans
- Guide managers through complex employee situations, investigations, and conflict resolution
- Spearhead organizational design, role clarity, and change management efforts
- Promote a culture of high performance, inclusion, and accountability
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience
- 3+ years of direct HRBP or People Partner responsibilities
- Experience in fast-paced, scaling startup or high-growth tech organizations
- Strong knowledge of performance management, employee relations, and organizational design
- Strong communication skills and executive presence
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting technical functions (Engineering, Product, Security/IT) or GTM teams
- Experience with globally distributed teams
- Ability to build processes and structure in ambiguous environments
- Proficiency with HR analytics and data-driven decision making
- Experience preparing teams for scale, audits, and IPO readiness
