HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR point of contact for managers and employees, handling people matters, performance conversations, and policy guidance.
• Partner with the Argentina GM on team structure, people decisions, and day-to-day HR operations.
• Manage the full onboarding and offboarding cycle, including termination documentation and severance calculations.
• Coordinate and execute the full payroll cycle, including salary payments and social security contributions.
• Ensure compliance with Argentine labor law (LCT), AFIP/ANSES requirements, and applicable collective bargaining agreements.
• Support recruitment efforts through sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Manage local office facilities, workstation allocation, and vendor relationships.
• Monitor regulatory changes in Argentine employment law and escalate risks to HQ.

Requirements

• 5+ years of generalist HR experience, ideally in a fast-paced international or tech environment.
• Solid knowledge of Argentine labor law (LCT), AFIP/ANSES processes, and severance frameworks.
• Proven experience managing payroll coordination in Argentina.
• Ability to navigate local compensation complexities, including inflation adjustments and FX dynamics.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with HR systems and tools such as Lattice or BambooHR.
• Knowledge of local income tax (impuesto a las ganancias) regulations.
