HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Advise management and employees on the interpretation of company policies, guidelines, and procedures
• Conduct investigations and facilitate terminations in partnership with management
• Work with managers and employees to investigate and resolve employee relations issues
• Prepare reports and analyze data to support information reporting and management decision-making
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on recruitment goals and strategies for assigned departments
• Develop and present employee and management training programs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably as an HR Generalist or ER Specialist
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws

• Prior supervisory experience
