HR Business Partner, Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and strategic HR support to manufacturing site managers to achieve business objectives.
• Manage day-to-day HR functions including recruitment, performance management, talent development, and employee relations.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure effective staffing of manufacturing positions and manage requisitions in SuccessFactors.
• Drive talent identification, succession planning, and individual development plans.
• Support labor and employee relations, including investigations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and BIC corporate policies.
• Analyze HR data (turnover, absenteeism, productivity) using tools like Power BI to identify risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate site-wide engagement activities, town halls, and corporate social responsibility initiatives.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Mandatory experience working within a manufacturing plant environment.
• Proficiency with SAP SuccessFactors or similar Human Capital Management systems.
• Advanced MS Office skills and high PC literacy.
• Fluent English (both written and verbal).
• Strong knowledge of employment law and labor relations.

Preferred Qualifications

• M.Sc. in a relevant field.
• Experience with Power BI and HR dashboard reporting.
