HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end HR operations including employee relations, performance management, learning & development, and recruitment
• Provide coaching and advice to leaders on employment matters, policy interpretation, and people leadership
• Manage workplace and industrial relations matters, including disputes, grievances, and disciplinary processes
• Support performance and development planning to improve organizational capability
• Contribute to HR strategy, organizational development, and change initiatives
• Drive talent engagement and retention through succession planning and employee initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role
• Proven experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic blue-collar environment
• Demonstrated experience managing operational HR and industrial relations matters
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR/IR practices
• Formal qualifications in Human Resource Management, business, or a related discipline
• Proficiency with HR systems and strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities
