HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Lead complex employee relations matters, including investigations, performance management, and grievances
• Support organisational change, restructures, and workforce planning initiatives
• Design and facilitate leadership development sessions and People Days
• Collaborate with Centres of Excellence such as Talent Acquisition, L&D, and Workplace Relations
• Influence and challenge operational leaders to uplift performance and culture
• Ensure compliance with workplace legislation and internal policies
• Provide regular reporting and data-led insights to senior stakeholders
• Build strong relationships across national operational teams and support functions

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related discipline
• Experience in a similar scale HRBP role, ideally within retail, supply chain, logistics, or FMCG
• Proven capability managing high-volume employee relations cases in operational environments
• Experience supporting large, geographically dispersed workforces
• Strong stakeholder management skills across senior leaders and site-based teams
• Ability to use data-led decision making to translate insights into action
• Willingness to travel across VIC, NSW, and QLD
