HR Business Partner - Learning & Development

Responsibilities

• Assess learning needs by partnering with leaders to identify capability gaps and translate business requirements into learning priorities
• Drive digital learning and AI adoption by exploring and implementing AI-powered tools to enhance learning experiences
• Design and develop engaging training programs tailored to adult learning principles
• Coordinate training logistics and manage the execution of learning sessions
• Administer the Learning Management System (LMS), including content maintenance and participation tracking
• Support HR programs such as onboarding frameworks, graduate programs, and other people development initiatives

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Education, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, Talent Development, or a similar role
• Proven experience supporting the design, coordination, or delivery of L&D initiatives
• Strong interest in AI-enabled learning tools and digital technologies
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
