Responsibilities

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on business partnership
• Experience in advertising, marketing tech, or high-growth agile environments
• Proven success coaching senior leaders and implementing people strategies
• Strong analytical and storytelling abilities
• Advanced relationship-building and communication skills
