About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as an HR generalist managing core activities including discipline, grievances, absence, and performance management
- Lead Learning & Development initiatives to support business growth and colleague capability
- Partner with managers to provide coaching, practical tools, and frameworks for team development
- Drive colleague engagement and support business leaders through data-driven insights and emotional intelligence
- Influence and guide assigned business areas to align with organizational growth ambitions
Requirements
- CIPD level 5 qualification or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience managing disciplinary and grievance processes
- Experience in handling absence and performance management
- Strong commercial mindset and coaching style
- Ability to work onsite in Stone, Staffordshire, with regular travel to Stoke
Preferred Qualifications
- A science or business degree
- A valid driving license
