Responsibilities

  • Act as an HR generalist managing core activities including discipline, grievances, absence, and performance management
  • Lead Learning & Development initiatives to support business growth and colleague capability
  • Partner with managers to provide coaching, practical tools, and frameworks for team development
  • Drive colleague engagement and support business leaders through data-driven insights and emotional intelligence
  • Influence and guide assigned business areas to align with organizational growth ambitions

Requirements

  • CIPD level 5 qualification or equivalent professional experience
  • Proven experience managing disciplinary and grievance processes
  • Experience in handling absence and performance management
  • Strong commercial mindset and coaching style
  • Ability to work onsite in Stone, Staffordshire, with regular travel to Stoke

Preferred Qualifications

  • A science or business degree
  • A valid driving license
