HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the PeopleOps team to address organizational challenges, enhance engagement, and support talent retention.
• Guide employees and managers through HR processes including onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Coach new managers on leadership skills, performance feedback, and handling difficult conversations.
• Execute key HR processes such as performance reviews, employee transfers, leave management, and terminations using Workday.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and partner with the legal team to manage employee agreements.
• Serve as a culture carrier to ensure HR strategies reinforce company values and foster a positive work environment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of HR experience with broad generalist exposure (employee relations, talent management, performance, compensation, and recruitment).
• University-level degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Workday or other major HRIS platforms, including the ability to analyze metrics and translate data into action.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence varied audiences.
• Proven success coaching managers and resolving complex employee relations issues.
• High level of discretion, integrity, and business acumen.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage ambiguity.
