HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support, guidance, and expertise to employees and management across assigned business units or geographies.
• Develop strong and effective relationships with HR specialist functions and Centers of Excellence.
• Support line managers with new employee orientation and the recruitment and selection process.
• Conduct reviews and propose recommendations regarding employment legislation, compliance, and HR practices.
• Assist in the development and implementation of local and global HR initiatives.
• Support organizational effectiveness and change management efforts related to reorganizations or mergers.
• Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries.
• Provide reports and data analysis to senior management as requested.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Professional HR accreditation in progress.
• Extensive knowledge of local and relevant employment legislation.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and HRIS applications.
• Excellent problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to maintain a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work effectively in a matrix environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 years of experience within an HR function as a generalist or a combination of generalist and specialist experience.
