HR Business Partner Intern

Responsibilities

• Support the HR Business Partner team with central personnel processes, including hiring, salary changes, and works council hearings
• Assist with operational tasks using systems such as SAP HR
• Gain insight into labor law topics and help prepare personnel-related measures
• Act as a point of contact and interface between managers, employees, and HRBPs for coordination and documentation
• Support the recruiting process, from creating job advertisements to organizing and participating in interviews
• Assist in the planning and organization of assessment centers
• Contribute to current HR projects through independent research and the development of improvement suggestions

Requirements

• Currently enrolled student in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Business Psychology, or a comparable field
• Focus or specialization in Human Resource Management is preferred
• Initial practical experience in an HR environment is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Fluent German and good English skills (written and spoken)
• Independent, structured working style and high willingness to learn
