HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and talent needs
• Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development
• Partner with recruiting teams to attract, hire, and retain top talent and implement effective onboarding programs
• Identify skill gaps and develop training programs to enhance employee capabilities
• Manage performance management processes, including goal setting and career development planning
• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution
• Implement strategies to promote employee engagement, recognition, and retention
• Partner with compensation and people operations teams to administer competitive, market-aligned compensation plans
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and consistent application of HR policies
• Analyze HR metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations for organizational effectiveness

Requirements

• 10-15 years of HRBP experience within a multinational company
• MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 college
• Industry exposure specifically in Retail, FMCG, Distribution, or Technology
• Ability to work onsite 5 days a week in Chennai
