HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Support managers on day-to-day people topics including team dynamics, performance conversations, onboarding, and career development
• Contribute to strategic HR initiatives such as performance review cycles, compensation projects, talent mapping, and engagement programs
• Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and people data analysis to support decision-making
• Build reporting materials and dashboards to turn people insights into concrete actions
• Identify opportunities to improve HR operations through automation, new tools, or smarter workflows

Requirements

• Recent graduate in Business, HR, Strategy, or a related field
• First HR experience through an internship, apprenticeship, or junior role
• Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to support decisions
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English
• Proactive, structured, and autonomous work style
• Ability to work on-site in Paris

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to strategy, consulting, or operations in gaming or tech environments
• Fluency in French
• Knowledge of French labor law or experience in a multi-country HR context
