Responsibilities
- Provide HR support to managers and employees, focusing on compensation policy, process compliance, talent development, and employee experience
- Align support with team/site strategy and collaborate with managers to solve people-related challenges
- Act as a trusted advisor and coach to managers and employees
- Manage the implementation of key programs such as compensation, performance, and attendance management
- Proactively use data to create reports and identify opportunities to improve HR policies and processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) specialized in Human Resources
- 3 years of HRBP experience, preferably in a fast-growing company within an industrial or logistics environment
- Strong knowledge of French labor law
- Experience in HR project planning and management (performance management, employee engagement, workforce planning)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with HRIS systems, specifically Workday, Horoquartz, Microsoft Office, and Google
- English proficiency is a plus
