HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Act as a key advisor and coach for managers and teams regarding all relevant personnel topics throughout the employee lifecycle
• Implement, optimize, and support leaders in using appropriate organizational and personnel measures
• Promote talent development and retention to enable continuous growth within the business
• Drive organizational transformation and cultural change within your assigned business area
• Implement targeted measures to foster corporate culture and increase employee engagement

Requirements

• University degree in Human Resources Management, Business, Psychology, Pedagogy, or a similar field
• Multi-year experience in a generalist HR role
• Fluency in both German and English
• Strong empathy and social competence to interact effectively with all target groups
• Solution-oriented mindset with a willingness to drive continuous improvement and manage change
• Experience working in an international environment is preferred
