HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Support business transformation projects and enhance data literacy within the Finance function
• Leverage HR data and analytics to drive strategic workforce planning and measure change impact
• Partner with Finance leaders on monthly reporting, forecasting, and robust headcount management
• Lead initiatives related to talent, succession planning, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I)
• Coach managers to embed a high-performance culture and lead inclusively
• Manage employee relations and coordinate key people processes with global HR teams

Requirements

• Proven experience in an HR Business Partner role or similar
• Strong analytical and data literacy skills with experience using data to provide actionable insights
• Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR processes
• Expertise in stakeholder management with the ability to influence at all levels
• Experience with project planning, tracking, and reporting
• Proficiency with HR systems such as Workday or Org Vue
• Ability to navigate complex, fast-paced environments and work with ambiguity
