About the role
Responsibilities
- Support business transformation projects and enhance data literacy within the Finance function
- Leverage HR data and analytics to drive strategic workforce planning and measure change impact
- Partner with Finance leaders on monthly reporting, forecasting, and robust headcount management
- Lead initiatives related to talent, succession planning, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I)
- Coach managers to embed a high-performance culture and lead inclusively
- Manage employee relations and coordinate key people processes with global HR teams
Requirements
- Proven experience in an HR Business Partner role or similar
- Strong analytical and data literacy skills with experience using data to provide actionable insights
- Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR processes
- Expertise in stakeholder management with the ability to influence at all levels
- Experience with project planning, tracking, and reporting
- Proficiency with HR systems such as Workday or Org Vue
- Ability to navigate complex, fast-paced environments and work with ambiguity
