HR Business Partner - Global Mobility

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to program leaders, aligning staffing strategies with organizational goals
• Provide strategic advice on workforce planning, talent development, and organizational design
• Analyze HR metrics related to Internationally Recruited Staff (IRS) to support data-driven decisions
• Manage end-to-end HR administrative services for IRS and consultants
• Lead onboarding efforts and coordinate relocation logistics
• Serve as a strategic advisor for complex employee relations issues
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and international labor regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, International HR, Business Administration, International Relations, Law, or a related field
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role
• Deep understanding of onboarding best practices and international HR operations
• Advanced level of English (minimum C1 on CEFR)
• Strong organizational and interpersonal communication abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in change management and organizational development
• Ability to interpret HR metrics and provide actionable insights
