HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment assignments and manage the full hiring lifecycle
• Take full ownership of Saudization strategy, nationalization targets, and visa quota management
• Manage Saudization portals including Qiwa and Nitaqat to maintain required Nitaqat color bands
• Oversee employee onboarding and develop succession and retention strategies
• Define and set employee KPIs in collaboration with Line Managers
• Facilitate performance review cycles and provide coaching to managers
• Act as a trusted advisor and coach to General Managers and senior leadership
• Ensure compliance with KSA Labour Law and Group policies across the employee lifecycle

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience
• 5+ years in an HRBP or HR generalist role supporting multiple business units
• Demonstrable knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and Saudization requirements
• Proven experience managing Nitaqat compliance and nationalization quotas
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with HRMS or Oracle systems
• Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
