About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment assignments and manage the full hiring lifecycle
- Take full ownership of Saudization strategy, nationalization targets, and visa quota management
- Manage Saudization portals including Qiwa and Nitaqat to maintain required Nitaqat color bands
- Oversee employee onboarding and develop succession and retention strategies
- Define and set employee KPIs in collaboration with Line Managers
- Facilitate performance review cycles and provide coaching to managers
- Act as a trusted advisor and coach to General Managers and senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with KSA Labour Law and Group policies across the employee lifecycle
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience
- 5+ years in an HRBP or HR generalist role supporting multiple business units
- Demonstrable knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and Saudization requirements
- Proven experience managing Nitaqat compliance and nationalization quotas
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with HRMS or Oracle systems
- Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
