HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Oversee HR interns and end-to-end internship recruitment programs
• Partner with hiring managers to provide strategic hiring recommendations
• Establish and manage collaborations with universities to strengthen talent pipelines
• Drive employer branding and social media initiatives on Line and Facebook
• Conduct regular check-ins with managers regarding team performance and employee experience
• Provide guidance on employee relations matters in alignment with company policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• 3-4 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or HR Business Partner roles
• Proven hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment
• Strong understanding of HR practices and employee relations principles
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing university partnerships or employer branding initiatives
• Experience with social media campaigns or early-career talent programs
