Responsibilities
- Serve as the single point of contact and strategic partner for business units regarding all HR needs.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to track, monitor, and ensure the quality of hires within assigned business units.
- Design, implement, and administer HR programs covering onboarding, compensation, benefits, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Monitor employee engagement and the organizational "pulse" to drive retention and development.
- Coordinate with the L&D function to plan and implement employee and managerial development programs.
- Identify talent trends and create metrics to recommend proactive solutions to the business.
- Drive talent management processes, including career progression charting for high performers.
- Ensure adherence to geographic legal compliances and manage departmental expenditures within approved budgets.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion through inclusive behaviors and proactive bias management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- 3-8 years of experience in an HR Business Partner (HRBP) role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong research capabilities and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with professionals at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a global HR team.
