About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the single point of contact and strategic partner for business units regarding all HR needs.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to track, monitor, and ensure the quality of hires within assigned business units.
  • Design, implement, and administer HR programs covering onboarding, compensation, benefits, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Monitor employee engagement and the organizational "pulse" to drive retention and development.
  • Coordinate with the L&D function to plan and implement employee and managerial development programs.
  • Identify talent trends and create metrics to recommend proactive solutions to the business.
  • Drive talent management processes, including career progression charting for high performers.
  • Ensure adherence to geographic legal compliances and manage departmental expenditures within approved budgets.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion through inclusive behaviors and proactive bias management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
  • 3-8 years of experience in an HR Business Partner (HRBP) role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong research capabilities and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with professionals at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a global HR team.
