HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to drive people strategies that enable business success
• Build trusted relationships with leaders, balancing business needs with employee experience
• Manage employee relations matters, handling standard issues independently and partnering on complex cases
• Support and coach managers through performance management, development conversations, and team effectiveness
• Lead talent processes including performance cycles, talent planning, and succession discussions
• Partner with Recruiting and cross-functional stakeholders to support workforce planning and headcount management
• Execute team-level organizational changes with thoughtful planning and clear communication
• Use data and insights to identify trends and inform people-related recommendations

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in HR, specifically in HR Business Partnering or similar roles
• Proven experience coaching managers and supporting teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence through trust and clear communication
• Thoughtful problem-solving skills that connect business priorities, people strategies, and data
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize multiple initiatives effectively
• Experience managing sensitive situations with discretion, confidence, and empathy
