Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Indonesia roles, including high-volume hiring
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and role requirements
- Act as the primary HR contact for business leaders and employees in Indonesia
- Support managers on performance management, employee relations, and workforce planning
- Oversee office administration and coordination for the Jakarta office
- Manage office vendors, facilities, and supplies
- Ensure HR practices comply with Indonesia labour regulations
- Support HR operations including employee records, contracts, and documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering, HR Operations, or Generalist roles
- Hands-on experience in recruitment and high-volume hiring
- Strong understanding of Indonesia labour laws and HR practices
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in startup, fintech, technology, or fast-scaling environments
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
