Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Indonesia roles, including high-volume hiring
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and role requirements
• Act as the primary HR contact for business leaders and employees in Indonesia
• Support managers on performance management, employee relations, and workforce planning
• Oversee office administration and coordination for the Jakarta office
• Manage office vendors, facilities, and supplies
• Ensure HR practices comply with Indonesia labour regulations
• Support HR operations including employee records, contracts, and documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering, HR Operations, or Generalist roles
• Hands-on experience in recruitment and high-volume hiring
• Strong understanding of Indonesia labour laws and HR practices
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in startup, fintech, technology, or fast-scaling environments
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
