HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Partner with Site Management and departmental managers to provide HR insights and solutions
• Advise line managers on labor law, staffing, remuneration, and disciplinary matters
• Lead site succession planning and annual performance management cycles
• Identify training needs and collaborate with global Talent teams
• Drive employee engagement, morale, and retention initiatives
• Serve as the primary contact for complex employee relations and investigations
• Act as HR representative within the local works council
• Coordinate and implement global HR initiatives with a local focus

Requirements

• Academic degree in Business Administration or PhD in Organic Chemistry
• 5-10 years of professional experience
• Strong business acumen and leadership skills
• Global mindset and cultural sensitivity
• Proven stakeholder management and analytical skills
• Ability to manage change and transformation
• Fluency in German and English (oral and written)
