HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR guidance and leadership to align HR plans with business needs.
• Coach and mentor team members and support line managers on all HR-related matters.
• Ensure legal compliance by monitoring labor laws, conducting investigations, and maintaining records.
• Manage workforce planning, including hiring, onboarding, talent management, and succession planning.
• Handle employee relations issues such as grievances, welfare, and absence management.
• Collaborate with international managers to ensure smooth people operations.
• Support global HR projects including career architecture, change management, and culture initiatives.
• Oversee payroll administration in collaboration with external providers and internal assistants.
• Maintain accurate employee data within HR systems in accordance with GDPR.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of up-to-date HR best practices and labor law in Scotland.
• Experience working within complex, matrix, and international environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software, specifically SAP SuccessFactors.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with high integrity.
• Strong business acumen and experience with change management initiatives.
