Responsibilities

  • Support managers on day-to-day people topics and organizational challenges
  • Advise on employee relations, performance management, and development matters
  • Partner with leaders to support team engagement and organizational effectiveness
  • Support recruitment activities in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team
  • Contribute to onboarding and employee integration
  • Support performance review cycles and follow-up actions
  • Ensure smooth HR processes across the employee lifecycle
  • Contribute to transversal HR initiatives and people projects

Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of experience as an HRBP or HR Generalist
  • Experience in an international and fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a scale-up, SaaS, hospitality, or digital ecosystem
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to balance operational execution with business partnering
  • Fluent English
