Responsibilities
- Support managers on day-to-day people topics and organizational challenges
- Advise on employee relations, performance management, and development matters
- Partner with leaders to support team engagement and organizational effectiveness
- Support recruitment activities in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team
- Contribute to onboarding and employee integration
- Support performance review cycles and follow-up actions
- Ensure smooth HR processes across the employee lifecycle
- Contribute to transversal HR initiatives and people projects
Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of experience as an HRBP or HR Generalist
- Experience in an international and fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a scale-up, SaaS, hospitality, or digital ecosystem
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to balance operational execution with business partnering
- Fluent English
