About the role
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end HR operational processes across EMEA and APAC, including onboarding, contracts, transfers, and offboarding
- Draft and issue employment documentation in compliance with country-specific labor laws and internal policies
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready employee records within HR systems
- Ensure compliance with local employment legislation, GDPR, and data privacy requirements
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with internal teams and external providers
- Support benefits administration and handle payroll-related queries
- Partner with hiring managers to deliver a smooth recruitment and onboarding experience
- Prepare HR operational reporting regarding headcount, turnover, and absences
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, or People Operations roles
- Working knowledge of employment law in at least one EMEA or APAC country
- Experience working with HR systems and managing confidential data
- Experience with payroll coordination and working with external vendors
- Degree in HR, Law, or Business Administration
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to multi-country HR support across diverse regions
- Project management experience
- Experience supporting works councils or collective labor frameworks
