HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance for associate relations and handle challenging situations to ensure consistent policy application across multiple sites.
• Conduct associate relations and safety investigations with documented findings and recommendations.
• Manage performance management activities, including coaching, counseling, and assisting with Performance Improvement Plans.
• Monitor and analyze HR data, statistics, and turnover trends to develop integrated business solutions.
• Support talent management through succession planning, skills gap analysis, and leadership development coaching.
• Partner with recruitment teams on talent acquisition initiatives, including developing work profiles and participating in the selection process.
• Act as a change agent to ensure organizational agility and alignment with evolving business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist and/or HR Business Partner.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and training and development.
• Ability to solve complex people-related issues for both exempt and non-exempt associates.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience providing HR support to Sales or Operations teams.
