HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Align business objectives with people strategies through regular meetings with business units
• Advise managers on performance management, coaching, career development, and disciplinary actions
• Resolve complex employee relations issues and lead internal investigations
• Optimize HR processes, policies, and procedures to drive organizational efficiency
• Oversee the employee lifecycle, including promotions, transfers, and performance reviews
• Maintain and update HRIS data (e.g., BambooHR) and coordinate with Payroll
• Forecast headcount needs and support the recruitment and onboarding processes

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar HR Business Partner role
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); Spanish proficiency is a plus
• Proven knowledge of HR disciplines including compensation, employee relations, and talent management
• Experience working with HRIS platforms (preferably BambooHR)
• Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and excellent analytical skills
