About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute and administer HR processes including workforce planning, performance management, and succession planning
- Manage talent development initiatives to enhance employee competencies and build a sustainable talent pipeline
- Deploy performance management systems to drive a continuous feedback culture
- Lead HR-driven change management initiatives such as restructuring and cultural shifts
- Partner with stakeholders on talent acquisition strategies and employer branding
- Deliver HR reporting and analytics to provide actionable business insights
- Drive the digitalization of HR processes to improve efficiency and data-driven decision making
- Act as a mediator for conflict management and implement preventative measures
- Partner strategically with business leaders to forecast talent needs and drive job rotations
- Collaborate with L&D to implement competency frameworks and career growth paths
Requirements
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources
- 4-10 years of experience in Human Resources
- 3 years of experience in Talent Management (desired)
