HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Execute and administer HR processes including workforce planning, performance management, and succession planning
• Manage talent development initiatives to enhance employee competencies and build a sustainable talent pipeline
• Deploy performance management systems to drive a continuous feedback culture
• Lead HR-driven change management initiatives such as restructuring and cultural shifts
• Partner with stakeholders on talent acquisition strategies and employer branding
• Deliver HR reporting and analytics to provide actionable business insights
• Drive the digitalization of HR processes to improve efficiency and data-driven decision making
• Act as a mediator for conflict management and implement preventative measures
• Partner strategically with business leaders to forecast talent needs and drive job rotations
• Collaborate with L&D to implement competency frameworks and career growth paths

Requirements

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources
• 4-10 years of experience in Human Resources
• 3 years of experience in Talent Management (desired)
