HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders on talent strategy, organizational design, and people decisions
• Serve as a trusted advisor on leadership development, succession planning, and talent retention
• Design and champion culture initiatives to reinforce company values
• Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and compliance
• Administer employee benefits, compensation, and payroll coordination
• Maintain HRIS systems and ensure data integrity
• Ensure HR policies are compliant with local Mexican regulations
• Coordinate with external HR service providers and manage vendor relationships
• Prepare HR reports, metrics, and dashboards for leadership

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in HR business partnership or HR generalist roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of Mexico employment law, benefits, and payroll processes
• Experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
• Fluency in English (written and verbal)
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting the launch or setup of HR operations in a new country or office
• Experience implementing or adapting HR processes within global frameworks
