About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders on talent strategy, organizational design, and people decisions
- Serve as a trusted advisor on leadership development, succession planning, and talent retention
- Design and champion culture initiatives to reinforce company values
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and compliance
- Administer employee benefits, compensation, and payroll coordination
- Maintain HRIS systems and ensure data integrity
- Ensure HR policies are compliant with local Mexican regulations
- Coordinate with external HR service providers and manage vendor relationships
- Prepare HR reports, metrics, and dashboards for leadership
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in HR business partnership or HR generalist roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Mexico employment law, benefits, and payroll processes
- Experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting the launch or setup of HR operations in a new country or office
- Experience implementing or adapting HR processes within global frameworks
