Responsibilities

  • Partner with the executive team to align people strategy with business priorities at both the parent and subsidiary levels
  • Build and drive annual or multi-year talent and organizational strategies
  • Advise leaders on talent planning, retention, and change management
  • Coach managers on performance management, feedback, and employee engagement
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and sensitive concerns
  • Run core people programs such as onboarding, performance cycles, and compensation planning
  • Oversee end-to-end People Operations and workforce lifecycle processes
  • Maintain workforce data integrity and operational controls for compliance and audit readiness
  • Manage People systems and vendors including ATS, HRIS, payroll, and benefits tools

Requirements

  • 7–12+ years of progressive HR or People experience
  • Significant experience in HRBP or People Operations roles
  • Proven experience partnering with C-suite stakeholders and founders
  • Deep knowledge of talent management, org design, and employee relations
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to influence decisions
  • Experience designing scalable organizational structures and workforce planning
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth environments
  • Proficiency with HR systems (ATS, HRIS, payroll, benefits administration)
  • Understanding of labor/employment law and compliance/audit requirements
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working with global/async teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in an HR-related field
  • Experience leading complex global teams
  • Experience supporting distributed or global workforces
  • Curiosity and willingness to use AI tools
