HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into practical HR plans and actions
• Provide expert HR advice across employee relations, performance management, compensation, and talent development
• Coach and support managers to strengthen leadership capability, team effectiveness, and engagement
• Analyse workforce and HR data to identify trends and inform strategic decision-making
• Support organisational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations matters, including investigations
• Drive implementation of HR policies and best practices in compliance with ANZ employment legislation
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to support the recruitment and retention of key roles

Requirements

• Solid experience in a business-facing HR role
• Strong working knowledge of Australian and New Zealand employment legislation
• Experience supporting commercial or sales-driven organisations
• A clear interest in workforce analytics and using data to guide decisions
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at multiple levels
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in MedTech, Pharma, or other healthcare sales environments
• Exposure to M&A or divestment activity
