HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Act as an HR business partner for assigned teams, providing coaching and counseling on policy, staffing, compensation, and performance management.
• Support employee relations issues including discipline, grievances, and attendance.
• Liaise with Unions and Union representatives.
• Drive organizational capability and talent strategy implementation, including diversity initiatives and succession planning.
• Recruit and integrate high-quality candidates to meet business needs and cost targets.
• Maintain HR systems (WorkDay) and ensure data accuracy and reporting.
• Monitor employee engagement and facilitate communication between management and employees.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Human Resource experience.
• Proven ability to navigate and influence within a matrix organizational structure.
• Strong knowledge of Employment Law and regulations.
• Proficiency with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to draw conclusions from data.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in the Spirits or FMCG industry.
• Experience working in unionized or operational environments.
• Master's degree or professional HR certification.
