About the role
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the monitoring of the staffing plan in connection with producing and staffing teams
- Prepare analysis elements to anticipate resource needs
- Participate in annual evaluation and salary review campaigns
- Support the HRBP in monitoring individual evolutions throughout the year
- Facilitate the integration of new employees
- Contribute to monitoring the social climate using appropriate monitoring tools
- Provide first-level support to managers and employees on individual situations (RPS, conflicts, underperformance)
- Participate in transformation projects at the studio and group scale
- Support the identification of potential, succession plans, and internal mobility promotion
Requirements
- Rigorous and organized with comfort in HR data analysis
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discernment and ethics
- Proficiency in French and English (written and oral)
- Knowledge of French labor law is an asset
- Affinity for video games and the gaming industry is a plus
