HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Partner with the SMB business on organizational design, talent planning, and people strategy
• Lead performance management cycles, OKR alignment, and foster a continuous feedback culture
• Drive Learning & Development programs, including skills-gap analysis and capability building
• Own people analytics, including attrition insights, engagement metrics, and productivity dashboards
• Solve organizational challenges using data-driven insights and leadership partnership
• Manage employee experience interventions and governance

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 6-8 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role or similar
• Proven experience working in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, data analysis, and storytelling with insights
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and compliance regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience solving complex distribution and frontline workforce challenges
• Strong grounding in performance systems and capability frameworks
• Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders at all levels of the organization
