About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with the SMB business on organizational design, talent planning, and people strategy
- Lead performance management cycles, OKR alignment, and foster a continuous feedback culture
- Drive Learning & Development programs, including skills-gap analysis and capability building
- Own people analytics, including attrition insights, engagement metrics, and productivity dashboards
- Solve organizational challenges using data-driven insights and leadership partnership
- Manage employee experience interventions and governance
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 6-8 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role or similar
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, data analysis, and storytelling with insights
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and compliance regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience solving complex distribution and frontline workforce challenges
- Strong grounding in performance systems and capability frameworks
- Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders at all levels of the organization
